Matthew Kraft

Director of Technology Front-end Developer A nerd at heart, Matt stays on top of the ever growing web technology, and implementing the best usage of that technology for every client. A front end developer who is a stickler for code cleanliness and organization, Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Art and Design from Full Sail University, and has worked on projects like Applebee's, Lunesta, and many aspects of pharmaceutical marketing and advertising, as well as for Princeton and Duke University.

Ryan Mulgrew

Director of Development Back-end Developer The back end developer for Pixel Ink Plus, Ryan can speak PHP and server based languages fluently. Having over five years of experience in the depths of databases, he can easily spot the most logical implementation of technology from a database perspective a mile away. After attending Full Sail University for Digital Arts and Design, he went on to work at many corporate entities, eventually landing at Duke University as a Back End Developer.

Patrick White

Creative Director Lead Designer As the creative lead for Pixel Ink Plus, Patrick treats every project likes it’s his final masterpiece. He believes in the beauty of simplicity and is obsessed with finding the perfect balance between art and information. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Art and Design from Full Sail University, and has over five years of experience creating in corporate and freelance environments.

Caylin Caruso

Project Management PR Marketing Energy enthusiast, avid artist, life lover, public relations guru, marketing genius, sandwich connoisseur, organizer of chaos, amateur life coach, professional gamer, sunshine sucker, and lover of all things creative. Caylin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Eastern Michigan University, and has over seven years of experience in public relations and marketing.
